Banana Whipped Cream

This yummy Banana Whipped Cream is a stabilized whipped cream that is made with only three ingredients. It's delish served with a variety of desserts, or it can even be eaten on its own as a Banana Mousse! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Combine 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons instant banana pudding mix and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Whisk to dissolve dry ingredients. Use a hand mixer on medium-low to whip to medium or stiff peaks. Don't overwhip.

Notes

Storage and Make-Ahead: Store whipped cream in the fridge for up to 5 days. 
Quantity: This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream, or 24 tablespoons. Nutrition information is calculated per tablespoon.
Optional: Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract if desired.
Adjust the banana flavor: Use as little as 1 tablespoon of banana instant pudding mix or as much as 3 tablespoons depending on your flavor preferences. You can also use 1/2 banana instant pudding mix and 1/2 vanilla instant pudding mix!
