What are Crumbl Cookies?
Crumbl Cookies is a hugely popular bakery that began in 2017 and now counts over 700 stores across the USA. They sell giant cookies (like 4-5” in diameter!) in gourmet flavors. Their rotating flavor menu (with over 250 flavors) keeps fans coming back every week to taste new flavors and indulge in old favorites.
The stores have taken off over social media such as Instagram and TikTok with cookie reviews and taste testing videos.
Does Crumbl sell anything else? The stores also sell Crumbl Cream. This is ice cream flavored with, you guessed it, Crumbl Cookies!

What Are the Hours at Crumbl Cookies?
Crumbl locations are open weekdays (Monday through Thursday) from 8 AM to 10 PM and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 AM. Every Crumbl Cookies location is CLOSED on Sunday!
Crumbl’s Hours are the following:
- Sunday Closed
- Monday 8 AM–10 PM
- Tuesday 8 AM–10 PM
- Wednesday 8 AM–10 PM
- Thursday 8 AM–10 PM
- Friday 8 AM–12 AM
- Saturday 8 AM–12 AM
So, since stores are closed Sundays, if you want cookies for the weekend, be sure to grab them on Friday or Saturday.
Another thing you need to know is that the Crumbl menu changes every week at 7 PM CST on Sunday night. So, if you want the previous week’s cookies, grab them by Saturday night at 12 AM. If you want the new lineup, you’ll have to wait until stores open on Monday to snag them.
It’s great that the stores are open so late, especially on the weekend. This long stretch of time is helpful if you happen to work late and have just enough time to sneak in for your favorites before stores close.
Just remember the most important fact, Crumbl Cookies Is CLOSED On Sundays!
Why Sundays? Crumbl has emphasized the importance of time away from work for their team members, so they chose a consistent company-wide closure on Sundays that is implemented at every store. Note that if you are looking for a workplace where you can have every Sunday off, working at Crumbl could be a good choice for that reason!
How the Flavor Menu Works
Crumbl rotates their flavor menu each week so there are always new cookies to choose from and it can honestly be hard to decide! If the flavors one week don’t sound appealing, wait until the next week to snag something that sounds amazing to you.
The menu usually features two weekly standbys (Classic Frosted Pink Sugar and Milk Chocolate Chip) and four new (or re-introduced) flavors. So generally you have six cookies to choose from. Or, buy one of each!
What Holidays Does Crumbl Close For?
Crumbl Cookies also closes stores on certain holidays. They close early (9 PM) on July 4th and December 31. They close even earlier on Christmas Eve (2 PM) and are closed all day on November 25 (Thanksgiving), December 25 (Christmas Day), and January 1 (New Year’s Day).
Can’t Make It to Crumbl?
Crumbl offers several options for purchasing their gourmet cookies. You can opt to walk right into the store, try curbside pickup (check your local store), delivery (check your local store), or even catering.
Another option is to have the cookies shipped right to your door. Unfortunately, the shipping menu is separate from the weekly offerings (though there is usually some overlap) and cookies that are not shelf stable aren’t included.
I’ve found the shipped cookies to be not-as-great as the in-store varieties. With the extra shipping charge and lack of flavor, it’s not my favorite option.
Can I Buy Cookies in Advance and Store Them?
