What is Crumbl Cookies?
Crumbl Cookies began in 2017 and has rapidly expanded with over 900 stores across the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. They bake up an extensive menu of giant gourmet cookies in flavors both classic and unique.
What really sets Crumbl apart is their ever-changing menu, now boasting over 300 flavors that rotate regularly. Flavors include classics like Milk Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Sugar, and Peanut Butter as well as unique flavors such as Waffle, French Toast, Strawberry Pretzel Pie, Mint Chip Ice Cream, and Brownie Sundae. Fans return week after week in anticipation of fresh treats.
These cookies aren’t your average snack—in fact, each cookie is about 4 servings! Luckily, you can always save some for later.
Every Sunday at 7 PM CST, Crumbl unveils the upcoming week’s flavor lineup on their social media platforms. With six delectable options to choose from, sometimes it’s hard to wait until Monday morning to try the new cookies (heads up that all stores are closed on Sundays).

What’s On This List?
This complete list includes all Crumbl’s Chocolate Base Cookies. I decided not to include every cookie that had some element of chocolate…because that’s SO many cookies. I split it out into lists of Chocolate Cookies, Brownie-Inspired Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies so that it’s easier to find what you are looking for.
Out of all the cookies that Crumbl produces, I truly think that their chocolate base cookies are some of their very best. Crumbl has done SO many amazing chocolate cookies.
They have a whole host of brownie-inspired cookies (watch for a follow-up post with those delicious flavors), chocolate-mint cookies, chocolate-peanut butter cookies, chocolate-frosted cookies, chocolate+fruit cookies, and lots more. There is no shortage of decadence here! Enjoy browsing the list.
Chocolate Base Crumbl Cookies
Almond Coconut Fudge
A chocolate cookie topped with coconut, milk chocolate, and almonds. This cookie looks really decadent and definitely a must-try for Almond Joy fans. Note: When I checked on 3/27/2024, this cookie was listed in Crumbl’s “Cookie Graveyard“. It has a rating of 3.85 stars.
Almond Joy
A warm chocolate cookie topped with coconut, almonds, and drizzled with chocolate. Okay so this is basically the same as the “Almond Coconut Fudge” cookie, but with the Almond Joy branding.
Birthday Cake ft. OREO®
This cookie has been a bit revamped! The new version (4/16/2023) is an OREO cookie with OREO crumbs, vanilla cream cheese frosting and a topping of OREO crumbs and sprinkles. The older version is described as a chocolate OREO®-filled cookie topped with birthday cake frosting, OREO® cake balls, and sprinkles. A little bit different! If they bring this flavor back to the menu again it’ll be interesting to see if they stick with the new version.
Brookie
A half-and-half cookie with a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie on one side and a rich chocolate brownie-style cookie on the other side (baked together). Crumbl has also produced a “Double Trouble” cookie which is a chocolate cookie and a chocolate chip cookie side-by-side…soooo, basically the same thing!
Brookie Dough Pie
A brownie pie cookie filled with cookies & cream-packed cookie dough mousse and topped with brownie cookie pieces and cookie dough bits. DECADENCE!
Brownie Batter
A thick brownie cookie made with chocolate, brownie batter and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Brownie Sundae
A brownie cookie with vanilla mousse, a hot fudge topping, rainbow sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.
Buckeye Brownie
A chocolate brownie cookie with layers of peanut butter topping and melted semi-sweet chocolate on top.
Candy Cane Brownie
A chocolate candy cane cookie topped with peppermint buttercream, chocolate ganache, and candy cane pieces. This newer cookie was released November 2023.
Chocolate Cake
A chocolate cookie topped with chocolate fudge frosting and chocolate curls. Chocolate overload! So good!
Chocolate Cake Batter
A chocolate cake batter cookie topped with fudge frosting and cake batter cake balls. This new flavor hit the menu in February 2024.
Chocolate Cake ft. Heath
There are a few cookies on this list that I don’t have a description for. This is one of them. There are various copycat recipes out there and it looks like this is basically the “Chocolate Toffee Cake” flavor. A chocolate cookie with a really fluffy whipped cream frosting, toffee or caramel syrup of some sort, and plenty of Heath bar pieces.
Chocolate Caramel
A chocolate cookie topped with smooth caramel, a caramel piece, and a dash of sea salt.

A chocolate cookie filled with cookies & cream pieces and white chips.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry
A chocolate cookies & cream cookie with strawberry cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of semi-sweet chocolate.
Chocolate Crumb Cake
A warm chocolate and cinnamon cookie topped with chocolate glaze and fudge streusel. New December 2023.
Chocolate Crumb Featuring OREO®
This is a chocolate + OREO® cookie base topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and more OREO® crumbs.
Chocolate Crunch
Crumbl’s Chocolate Crunch Cookie is a chocolatey-caramely riff off a Rice Krispy treat or no bake cookie.
Chocolate Green Mint
A chocolate cookie filled with green mint pieces and rolled in cookies & cream crumbs. Topped with green mint buttercream frosting and sprinkled with cookies & cream bits. This cookie looks identical to the “Green Mint ft. Andes®️” cookie, but without using the Andes® brand mints.
Chocolate Milk
A malted milk chocolate cookie topped with chocolate milk mousse, chocolate whipped cream, and a crunchy wafer straw.
Chocolate Mallow Cupcake
A chocolate cake cookie with a layer of fluffy marshmallow whipped cream, chocolate glaze, and white frosted loops.
Chocolate Malt Featuring Tootsie Roll®
A chocolate malt base cookie frosted with Tootsie Roll® buttercream, Tootsie Roll® caramel, and a Tootsie Roll® on top. Retired to the graveyard with 3.19 stars. I suspect that the newer Chocolate Milk cookie has replaced this one.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

A chocolate cookie filled with OREO cookies and peanut butter chips, then topped with peanut butter mousse and a mini OREO cookie.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Puffs (served chilled)
A chocolate cookie topped with peanut butter frosting and chocolate peanut butter cereal puffs.
Chocolate Pistachio Pie
A chocolate cookie topped with green pistachio filling, a swirl of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.

Crumbl’s Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake cookie is a chilled dark chocolate cookie filled with a strawberry cheesecake filling and drizzled with milk chocolate.
Chocolate Swiss Roll
A warm chocolate cookie topped with chocolate glaze and a thick swirl of marshmallow frosting.
Chocolate Toffee Cake
A decadent chocolate cake cookie topped with whipped cream and toffee bits.

A marbled dark chocolate and vanilla cookie topped with a white drizzle and cookies & cream crumbles.

A chilled cookie filled with cookies and cream pieces, topped with a cookies and cream frosting, and garnished with a mini chocolate sandwich cookie.
Dark Dream
Chocolate cookie with plenty of semi-sweet chocolate chips inside and out (served warm).
Dirt Cake
A chocolate cookie rolled in cookies & cream crumbs and topped with fudge chocolate frosting, chocolate streusel, and a gummy worm. Another variation of this cookie celebrated the Minions movie. It was topped with Otto the Minion + pet rock and called Dirt Cake ft. Otto.
Double Fudge Brownie
This brownie cookie is thick and topped with a chocolatey glaze and brownie bites.
Double Trouble
A half-and-half cookie with a chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate cookie baked together. As noted earlier, Crumbl also serves a “Brookie” cookie, which is basically the same thing as Double Trouble.
French Silk Pie
A chocolate cookie with chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and chocolate curls.
Frozen Hot Chocolate
A chocolate cookie topped with a hot cocoa-flavored mousse and mini marshmallows.
Galaxy Brownie
A chocolate brownie cookie with a fudge glaze and rainbow candy bits.
German Chocolate Cake
This is a cookie with a soft chocolate cake base, topping of melted milk chocolate, and a sweet coconut pecan topping–just like the famous cake that the cookie is inspired by.
Green Mint ft. Andes®️
A chocolate cookie filled with Andes® Mint pieces, rolled in cookies & cream crumbs, and topped with Andes® Mint buttercream frosting and more cookies & cream crumbles.
Hazelnut Mudslide
A warm chocolate cookie rolled in chopped hazelnuts and topped with hazelnut spread.
Hot Chocolate
A warm chocolate cookie inspired by hot chocolate! This treat is topped with melted chocolate and mini marshmallow bits.
Mallow Sandwich ft. Oreo
A fluffy, creamy center with brownie pieces sandwiched between two chocolate cookies made with OREO® cookie pieces.
Midnight Mint
A chocolate cookie filled with both green mint chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Mint Brownie
A warm chocolate cookie with semi-sweet and mint chips topped with green mint chocolate and a drizzle of semi-sweet chocolate.
Mint Brownie Batter
A warm chocolate cookie packed with mint chips, then topped and baked with a gooey layer of brownie batter.
Molten Lava
A dark chocolate cookie filled with hot fudge and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Neapolitan
A chocolate cookie stacked with a vanilla cookie and topped with tart strawberry frosting. Very surprisingly, this cookie is listed in Crumbl’s graveyard. It has about 4 out of 5 stars and seemed to be well-received on social media.
Rocky Road
Served warm; a chocolate cookie with marshmallow filling and topped with chocolate chips and almonds.
S’mores
This is one of my all-time favorites! A chewy graham cracker cookie packed with milk chocolate chips, topped with toasted marshmallows and drizzled with chocolate and buttery graham cracker crumbs. Read my S’mores Cookie Review or bake up some of your own with my popular S’mores Copycat Recipe!
S’mores Brownie
A warm chocolate and graham cracker cookie filled with both milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips topped with marshmallow crème and graham cracker crumbs.
Triple Chocolate Chip
A warm chocolate cookie with semi-sweet chunks, white chips, and thick milk chocolate chips. This was one of the very first Crumbl Cookies I’d ever tried and it was great! Chewy and soft with tons of chips and chocolate flavor.
Turtle
A dark chocolate cookie rolled in chopped pecans, then topped with a pool of caramel, melted milk chocolate, and pecans.
Walnut Brownie Fudge
A gooey brownie cookie with chocolate glaze and a sprinkle of walnuts.
